I founded Eos after twenty years of leading teams in the finance industry and noticing the same pattern: there is often little space to think honestly.
This practice is the room I wished my clients had. Unhurried and entirely yours. We work on what's actually in front of you. Pressure, identity, the calls you keep rewriting and on the steadier place to lead from underneath it.
I'm a seasoned coach, a former senior leader and an obsessive reader. I live in Newcastle and work with clients across AU, and remotely anywhere there's a quiet hour.
